48: Developing Independent Learners with Rabbi Nachum Aaron Kutnowski

Rabbi Nachum Aaron Kutnowski grew up in Thornill, Ontario, Canada. He attended Yeshivas Eitz Chaim and Darchei Torah of Toronto. He continued his Jewish education in Eretz Yisrael at Derech Etz Chaim for a few years. He returned to Toronto and received an honors degree in English Literature from York University. After getting married, he became involved with the Kollel Ohr Yosef of Thornhill. After two years of working at a special educational school, he moved to Hamilton, Ontario and has been working as a Rebbi at the Hamilton Hebrew Academy for the past 7 years. He also founded the Hamilton Community Night Kollel. Next year, Rabbi Kutnowski will become the Head of Judaic Studies at the Halpern Akiva Academy in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
